On March 25th, our Commercial Director, Ricardo Martins, the Operations Director, Samuel Cappellanes and the Foreign Trade Assistant, Olavo Guiar, visited the Brandon Bioscience head office located in the city of Tralee, Ireland, as well as the research facilities at the University of this city, where they carry out all the tests and research for the development of new products.

Afterwards, they visited the coast along with Mr. Paul Mullins to get a closer look at one of the bases of Biocross products, the Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed and its extraction methodology.

Finally, our team got to know the manufacturing plant and the entire manufacturing process of the extracts produced by Brandon.

In the market since 2013, Brandon Bioscience is a progressive, research-intensive biotechnology company with a product lineup developed using the PSI technology platform. It is the first and currently the only REACH registered Irish manufacturer for Ascophyllum nodosum extract. Brandon is also a founding member of the EBIC - the European Industry Biostimulant Industry Council. As a member of the EBIC, they strive to raise responsible awareness of biostimulants among farmers and consumers. Currently, they commercialize to around 40 countries, with the largest consumers being Brazil and the United States.
